​We are a joint team of high-performing Test Pilots, Flight Test Engineers, and Weapons Officers with a diverse Aerospace and Defense Industry skillset to meet and exceed your company's needs.
Our founder, Daniel Welch, is a 3rd generation Air Force Officer and Aviator. His father and grandfather were both flyers and each served more than 20 years in the Air Force. Daniel's grandfather was a pilot who flew F-86, B-47, and B-52 aircraft throughout his career. His father was a B-52 Navigator. Daniel is a United States Air Force Academy graduate and served as an operational Pilot in the B-2, T-38, and B-52 aircraft. Upon completion of Test Pilot School, Daniel performed Flight Test in the B-2 Stealth Bomber and the B-52. Daniel now flies for United Airlines and is a part-time Air Force Reservist.
